We manufacture high-quality custom dental restorations including Zirconia crowns, E-max, PFM, Implant crowns, removable dentures, and CAD/CAM frameworks for dental practitioners, clinics, and laboratories worldwide.

2. Account & Case Submission Responsibilities

To ensure the highest accuracy and quality for your restorations:

  • Accurate Information: Clinicians are responsible for submitting accurate patient impressions, digital intraoral scans (STL files), shade selections, and detailed case instructions.
  • Scan/Impression Quality: If a submitted impression or scan is unclear or inadequate, our technical team will pause production and contact you for re-scanning or clarification.
  • Account Security: If you hold a client account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

  • Pricing Structure: Rates for custom restorations, frameworks, and lab services are quoted based on our current price list or custom quotations.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified on your invoice. Unless agreed otherwise under a custom credit terms agreement, payments are due upon invoice receipt or prior to dispatch.
  • Currency & Charges: All transactions are processed in the agreed-upon currency (e.g., USD / EUR / AUD). Wire transfer, bank card, or online transaction fees are the responsibility of the sender.

4. Turnaround Time & International Shipping

  • Production Time: Standard laboratory turnarounds vary depending on case complexity (e.g., fixed prosthetics vs. full implant solutions). Estimated turnaround times are provided upon case acceptance.
  • Shipping & Courier: We partner with trusted international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to ship completed restorations across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
  • Customs, Taxes, and Duties: Shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance processes depending on the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the receiving clinic or laboratory.
  • Delays Beyond Control: Yachikang Dent is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs holds, carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen global logistical disruptions.

5. Quality Guarantee & Remake Policy

We take pride in our precision crafting and strict quality control standards.

  • Remake Eligibility: If a restoration does not meet your specifications, fails structurally due to lab defects, or exhibits fit issues traceable to manufacturing, we offer a remake or adjustment.
  • Conditions for Remake:
    • The original restoration and original physical impression/scan must be returned to our lab for assessment (if requested).
    • Remake requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Free remakes do not apply if:
    • The clinician changes the original shade, preparation style, or treatment plan after production has started.
    • The original scan or impression was marked as sub-optimal by our lab, but the client authorized production to proceed anyway.
    • The restoration fails due to patient abuse, accident, or improper clinical seating procedure.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on yachikangdent.com including logos, product descriptions, images, graphics, technical workflows, and software is the intellectual property of Yachikang Dent and is protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We respect the privacy of our clinical partners and their patients.

  • Patient data transmitted to us (such as CAD files, patient names, or digital scans) is used strictly for the fabrication of the requested restorations and related customer support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Yachikang Dent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our restorations or website.
  • Our total financial liability for any claim regarding a defective product shall not exceed the original invoice amount paid for that specific case.
